    Real time inventory updates apply across all channels. When an item sells on one channel Vendio will automatically update it on your other channels for you. This makes it easy to sell single items or items with low quantities in multiple places at once without worrying about overselling and disappointing your customers.

    Vendio gives you options when you need to make changes in bulk. You can either make them using the bulk editing tools on our website, or you can make the changes with a CSV file if that works better for you.

At any given time, the product count or SKU count equals the number of top-level products/SKUs in your Vendio inventory. Only top-level SKUs, excluding variations, are included in this count. Your peak product/SKU count equals the highest total product count used in a given billing cycle. This highest product count is available at any given time in your Vendio account.
The total image storage equals the sum of the file sizes of all images uploaded to Vendio (including unfiled images and those filed in image folders), plus the sum of the file sizes of all images in your Recycle Bin. Any other images such as logos or images for custom templates are excluded from your storage calculation. Your peak storage equals the highest total image storage used in a given billing cycle. Image storage usage is available at any given time in your Vendio account.
If your product count or image storage exceeds your current plan, we automatically upgrade you to the next tier. All the included benefits and updated plan limits will be available for your use. Once the last available tier is exceeded, we will charge you $10 for each additional 1000 products and/or 10GB of image storage. If your product count and image storage decreases below your selected plan, you can choose to move to a lower plan or you can contact us to help you make this change.
Yes, of course you can. Although we would hate to see you go, you can close your account at any time. Please note that you will be responsible for any incidental charges incurred prior to closing your account, which will be charged on your next billing day. If you need to close your account please contact us so that we can assist you.
Absolutely nothing! Our 15-day free trial requires no credit card or subscription to get started. You will need to have your login credentials to setup your account; the eBay, Amazon, Etsy, MoreCommerce and other marketplace credentials will be needed once you want to start the process of enabling the channels and authorize Vendio to perform operations on your behalf. If you have any questions during the on-boarding process, you can contact us at any time.
With the Vendio free trial you get to try out all the Vendio features, completely FREE, for 15 days. No credit card is required to start a trial. During this time you have unlimited phone support and free setup help. If your free trial ends, we'll store your data securely on our servers for 60 days. As long as you subscribe before then, you'll be able to pick up exactly where you left off.
